Hello all! Finally, I got my Ghost monitor fixed in Ceph on ProxMox. OMG it was so simple too I am almost embarrassed how simple it was! Anyway, here is the command that corrected my issue.

ceph mon remove pve4

I got this fix from my post on the ProxMox Forums here. I am sure that I tried that command before and it errored out. So, this was too good to pass up and maybe it will help others!
